Bring your ladies to celebrate this season of LOVE to listen to a variety of speakers on topics important to women’s health—mental, physical (weight training and massage techniques), dietary and dental!  Then, spend an hour with a more intensive experience with one of these experts in their breakout sessions—weight training for women, making anti-inflammatory foods, heart-healthy diets for peri & post-menopausal women,  spiritual resources for navigating women’s experiences and chair massages.
