A SHORT PRESENTATION ON THE MENTAL HEALTH BENEFITS OF LISTENING TO AND ENGAGING OUR   DREAMS, IDEAS AND VISIONS.

All participants will receive a goodie bag and initial supplies to begin your project, including a poster board and some magazines.  

Please bring whatever supplies you already have at home, especially magazines of interest to you!!
